* Share meals at the six-person dining table, with the cozy ambiance of an electric log heater set within the original brick fireplace.

**Kitchen:**
* The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring stainless steel appliances, an electric oven with a built-in air fryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator with filtered water.
* We provide a Keurig with coffee pods, a water kettle, and children's dinnerware.
* Additional seating for four is available at the kitchen bar.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms:**
* Master Suite: Features a king-size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair.
* Two Guest Bedrooms: Each offers a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a foldable twin bed stored in the closet for flexible sleeping arrangements.
* Bathrooms are stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

**Entertainment & Convenience:**
* Smart TVs are located in the living room and every bedroom.
* An electronic game system is ready for use in the living room.
* Find board games, books, and coloring supplies in the dining area cabinets.
* A full-size washer and dryer, along with soap and softener, are available for your use.

**Outdoor Living:**
* Step out into the private backyard to enjoy the covered patio, complete with a dining table for six and a grill for dining al fresco.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and the backyard for the duration of their stay. Enjoy a seamless self-check-in experience using the smart lock on the front door. Please note that the garage is reserved for owner use and is not available to guests.

We respect your privacy and provide a contactless check-in. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available via phone or message if you need anything at all.

**Safety & Security:** For your peace of mind, a storm shelter is located on the back porch. An exterior security camera is installed above the garage, overlooking the driveway for security purposes.
**Fireplace:** The indoor brick fireplace is not operational. Please use the provided electric log heater for warmth and ambiance.
