「Service at the hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice with a awesome view. Trying to get bookings prior to arrival at the Promenade and Grand bar was difficult / impossible due to those areas of the hotel not communicating with each other very well. But overall had a great experience」
