“My wife, little dog and I were in Floresville to visit family. Photos do not do this home justice. The house in very new, clean, and comfortable. We loved the open concept design. The Family/TV room was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and much larger than expected. We enjoyed staying in a small town, but could be to downtown San Antonio in 30-35 minutes (non-rush hour). We will stay here again in the future.”

“Following the gravel road turn off for a mile, we drove slowly past deer grazing in a 500+-acre hay field edging a canal. We turned into a wooded area passing more deer. We arrived at the 3-bedroom A frame, opened the backdoor via code, and stepped into a hunters' retreat. The master bedroom downstairs was tastefully decorated, and the two bedrooms upstairs were delightful. A covered side porch offers comfortable couch and chair seating. “We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful home on Lake McQueeny. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and fun getaway. From morning coffee on the deck, the awesome views of the area and lake, and the convenience of being somewhat close to Gruene and NB, every moment was peaceful and memorable. “The home was everything I expected itnto be and more. The home is well equipped for guests. Our family included 6 adults and 4 kids, and our dog. The home was large enough for everyone to have their own space. And it close to the New Braunsful area and all its offerings. ”

“Overall this is a nice property but the bed frames and mattress in all the rooms need to be updated. Also, we were given the wrong code to access the property and we were standing out in the heat for two hours trying to get in.”
