“It was family & friends that needed a get away and we really Enjoy the area”

“The Brass Crab is a fantastic house for a family vacation. While not overly large, it comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 young children. The kitchen was appropriately stocked and there were plenty of baby items so you don’t have to pack your own. The house was extremely clean. While we didn’t use the backyard, it is a nice large flat yard to play outside. The host was very friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. Definitely recommended. ”

“The townhouse was amazing ....clean comfortable amazing views of the channel...dolphins playing seagulls flying herons fishing ....amazing beds kitchen fully stocked just a lovely vacation....would recommend to anyone seeking a vacation to remember.”

“This property is beautifully quiet and calm. We ate outside on the picnic table and enjoyed watching the birds in the marsh. The sound of the breeze through the grasses and leaves were lovely. The clawfoot bathtub was also great to soak in.”

“The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials (and appreciated nonessentials) and charmingly decorated. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood as well as the easy proximity to the playground, pickleball courts, and Farmers market on Saturday and Wednesday. Christine obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable and was quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing that I would point out that might be problematic for some people is that,……

“A wonderful little place!! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. Perfect place for my husband and me. Love eating out, but with a little planning (we brought some basic food items, a Dash egg maker, hot pot, and griddle/panini maker) we were able to eat in as well. Be aware that the refrigerator is quite small. My husband loved the shower. Love the screened in porch too. The only thing I would recommend is a better mattress,……

“View is prettier in person...pictures just don't do it justice. Sitting on the dock with the sounds of nature was just what we needed. Check-in was very easy and everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Memories that will last a life time. ”

“This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine!”

“My Service Dog Javier and I enjoyed our stay at Misty Blue. The house was lovely, with cool artistic touches throughout. I love older homes, and this one has been very well maintained.Although I did not cook in the kitchen, it was well supplied with everything one might need. The house is located in a great area and I walked everywhere.”
