"Carlos picked us up from the ferry in Hvar and drove us to the apartment. He carried our luggage to our 2nd floor apartment which was big, clean, cool with two balconies. We were given great recommendations and Carlos was so friendly and genuinely nice. We walked every morning and back each evening from the main promenade. Maybe 15 minutes but well worth it. "Such a warm welcome from reception staff which as a solo traveller was greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The Spa facilities were a real treat and included within the price so as well as using the spa later in the day I also managed a swim before breakfast. The beaches aren't great so the roof top pool (although more of a dipping pool than a swimming pool) and bar was a haven with a wonderful view. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and spare towels provided at roof top pool and spa. I also enjoyed a great deep tissue massage. The hotel offers everything you need and felt a real treat. It's a bit out.of the main hub-bub of Split (about 25 mins walk) so as long as this is what you want then perfect.. thoroughly recommend."
