「La gerente es super amable! Estoy encantada con todo el servicio, pero desde primera estancia la Srita te hace sentir muy comoda y sobre todo es muy atenta. 「My stay at Hotel Raíces de Mar completely met my expectations for a boutique hotel right in the Plazuela Machada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! The small soaking pool was refreshing and I enjoyed exploring el Centro from the doorstep.」

「This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. My wife and I stayed here and we will be coming back soon because we loved it so much.」
