The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. "I was horrified by our room when I check in. The carpet was gross with so many stains. It was not at all what the pictures looked like. Staff at front desk were not nice. Strictly business. I showed up at 1:30 after a long travel day only to be told, check in is at 3:00. The hotel was empty, they were not busy. I left my bags and came back at 3:00. I would never stay here again and definitely can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "
