「Lovely hotel. We were in the extra building as we wanted low floor. We arrived and were lucky to get a parking space. Easy to get the permit from reception. Breakfast gorgeous. Only downside for me was that the pillows were too hard and no option of a soft fluffy pillow」

「The hotel staff were all well trained but friendly and helpful at the same time. Food and wine were excellent and the atmosphere at the Peacock was calm and serene with a comfy feel about the place. Felt very welcoming and the car park was not too far away for all our luggage! Had a lovely stay and all was as it should be and more.」

「Take yourself back in time to an era we all want to recreate away from this troubling world. I was hoping for a spitfire to zoom overhead at anytime. A beautiful location within the Chatsworth estate in old style properties with plenty of character. Just a few steps away is a lovely local pub The Beeley Inn serving delicious food (the ox cheek is to die for,) agreeably it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. Ideal for a special treat.」
