1940"s Renovated Cottage In Beautiful Historic Taralga.
10/10 Excellent
"This cottage was perfect for us. Clean, with lovely furniture & quality bedding along with multiple areas to relax and enjoy. Kitchen was extremely well appointed. Our hosts unexpectedly provided us with bread, milk, orange juice, butter, condiments, breakfast cereals, tea and coffee sachets too. We were arriving just on dark and the heating had already been set on for us."
Farmstay at Fleece, Flock & Fibre an historic railway station in Taralga
10/10 Excellent
"Whilst our stay was brief, it was a truly delightful experience. Lynda was so helpful, and Paul delighted my daughter and granddaughter with a tour and a meet and greet with the gorgeous lambs, particularly Pretty Boy Floyd.
We were provided with everything we could possibly need, and I would highly recommend Fleece Flock and Fibre to anyone visiting the region"

Abercrombie Ridge - Lux BARN and Spa Retreat - Pet-friendly
10/10 Excellent
"An absolute gem! Abercrombie Ridge is the ultimate sanctuary for anyone looking to relax and reconnect in a beautiful setting. The immense effort and care Russ and Mark have put into this property is truly unmatched, with every detail designed to make you feel at home. It resulted in an unforgettable stay, and we couldn't recommend it more highly!"
"This add is truly deceiving. It seems lovely from the exterior, and we had a great time around the fire, but that was about it.The toilet is eco - fine. But the bin next to the toilet was filled with used toilet paper from previous guests and the smell was horrendous. The toilet seat is also broken is multiple different places and isn’t even whole. Although, it was still better than the rancid smell of the fridge, which had clearly had bourbon spilt in it previously and not cleaned, left closed and not to air out, causing the most horrid smell. We opened it once and had to leave the unit, we never opened it again. The disdained was lined with dead flies, bugs, and dirt. The face washer had someone else’s boogers on them. The shower door isn’t even connected to the wall properly and has a big crack in it, causing the shower door to not even close properly. So by the end of the shower we were practically in a bath. The add says massages are available in the barn - I asked, never heard about them. THANK GOD. We walked to said barn.. it’s filthy, cluttered, junk laying around everywhere, and there is absolutely no way it is somewhere I’d be willing to get a massage. Nor does the barn look anything like the photos provided, or the property in itself so please don’t think you’re going to a cute little farm. We also had to listen to the owners scream profanities at each other for a good half an hour around 8:30pm. I honestly wanted to leave before we went to sleep, so we did."
The Cottage Kingsdale, Private bushstay, wildlife, dam views & fire pit Goulburn
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful three-night stay. The cottage was the perfect bush getaway, with a tranquil setting surrounded by nature. Each morning we woke to birds calling, and seeing kangaroos roaming nearby was a real highlight. The property was very clean and well equipped. Katie went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A very relaxing and memorable stay."
