“Stayed here 6 years ago with the wife and decided to book again for a business trip. Very good and as good as I remember it being. One gripe would be that if you book through hotels.com you don’t get access to the pool area this is at a cost of £10 per use which is quite annoying. ”

“Superb establishment with staff that goes out of the way for you to be comfortable. Really nice converted property, really clean and tidy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all, excellent stay. Really simple well cooked breakfast with good quality ingredients. These guys have put time and effort into the simple things executed very well! Highly recommended! Who ever cooks in the kitchen, everything seared and cooked to perfection. Top quality fresh berries, they’ve spent money on……

“Some of the friendliest and kindest staff I've ever had, with a simple and easy check-in/check-out process. Also very delicious food at the pub downstairs as well. My bed was very comfortable as well, and the room was very clean. Overall, I'd gladly come back to stay if I ever visit again.”
