"Friendly staff, moderately clean, close to good shop areas. Had some concerns about the location and safety but ended up being alright!"

"Very friendly staff. Breakfast ran out of some food items before closing. Room generally in good condition, but the floor needed sweeping and mopping. And they should have hired a valet or two to help customers with luggage with the elevator being out of order. I watched an obviously exhausted, older traveler become very discouraged when the desk staff told her that she would need to carry all her luggage up to the third floor using the stairs."

"We had black mold all in the bathroom and the wall where you could see it and I had to take my baby to the hospital the next day because that is dangerous and not good for babies I will never stay here again I never had to deal with this and you can smell the mold "

"I visited this property on the night of the snow storm in January. I got there and the first issue was that the toilet would not flush. I then went to take a shower and the water settled in the tub and would not drain. There was no hot water. It was also cold inside the room. On the sink inside the bathroom was shaved hair from a prior guest. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk and was told to contact the manager in a few days which I did but never got a response. I called the Choice Hotel CS and reported my displeasure but was promised a call back and no one has reached out to me."
