The house was in good condition, it had lots of luxury. The view on the bridge was perfect for our group, it made dining a lot better! The jacuzzi was greatly used and the beds slept well.

Bij ontvangst werden we vriendelijk begroet door een mevrouw die helaas alleen frans sprak. Dit was moeilijk communiceren. Niemand van ons spreekt de taal of kan het verstaan. Mischien een tip om toch een beetje engels te leren zodat communiceren een beetje makkelijker word. Het viel op dat het huis hier en daar qua onderhoud wel wat aandacht kan gebruiken. Na het douchen op de bovenste verdieping, krijg je een zwembad er gratis bij, omdat de bak van de cabine zo lek is als een zeef. Ondanks de kleine ongemakken hebben we een fantastische week gehad. Er is genoeg te doen en te bekijken in de omgeving die het waard maken om naar de ardennen te gaan.

Was uns jedoch sauer machte, ist die Tatsache, dass der Eigentümer für *alles* einen Aufpreis berechnet: Wasser, Öl, Strom, sogar Müllsäcke und (wenn Sie für die ungewöhnlich großen Betten keine eigenen mitbringen) Bettwäsche. Nach dem Aufenthalt müssen Sie mit einer erheblichen Gebühr rechnen: über 100 Euro für nur 2 Tage / 5 Personen. Und: Nach fast vier Wochen warten wir immer noch auf die Rückerstattung unserer 600 Euro Kaution (in bar).

Wir haben eine Woche lang an den Sieg geglaubt. Da wir uns nicht allzu sehr um das Innenleben und die Bühne mit dem Tafelvoetbal kümmern konnten, haben wir in dieser Zeit nur wenige Sekunden geglaubt. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis sie sich in die Natur verwandelten. Ich habe alles getan, was ich tun muss, und bin mir sicher, dass ich als nächstes kommen werde. Ein echter Leser.

Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, war alles eigentlich in Ordnung. Im Schwimmbad war etwas zu viel Chlor. Wir sind mit positiven Erfahrungen im ganzen nach Hause gefahren. Dann kam eine kleine Überraschung, erstens hat der Besitzer gesagt wir kriegen innerhalb 2 Wochen unsere Kaution mit Rechnung zurück was nicht geschah. Deshalb mussten wir uns nach 3 Wochen selbst melden. Kam aber keine Antwort, dann haben wie es über die Ermittlungsfirma gemacht. Und nach einer Woche kam die Kaution von 200€ zurück ohne Rechnung und Nachweis. Übrigens Kaution war 600€. Und wir waren von Montag-Freitag da. Ich kann es einfach nicht glauben, dass wir innerhalb 5 Tage 400€ an Strom und Wasser verbraucht haben. Schade!

Bij ontvangst zijn we hartelijk welkom geheten en kregen een rondleiding door het huis heen. Kamers waren schoon, zagen er verzorgd uit en waren ruim opgezet. De Jacuzzi was voor ons als aangezet en het zwembad evenals de Sauna stonden klaar voor gebruik. Faciliteiten binnen het huis waren prima op orde en de eigenaar heeft nog met ons gezeten om op papier een kaart te maken wat er zoal rond het huis beschikbaar is aan winkels. Hier met 8 man in gezeten en we hebben ons prima vermaakt!

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen, en hebben een rondleiding door het huis gehad. We waren met een best grote groep en er was voor ieder wat wils iets te doen. Vervelen kon je er eigenlijk niet. We hebben van alle faciliteiten genoten sauna, zwembad jaccuzie geweldig zeker een aanrader voor andere. En wellicht komen we een keer terug!

Aankomst was fijn. Een mooi groot huis en een vriendelijke meneer die ons ontving. We kregen een rondleiding door het huis en de meterstanden werden in ons bijzijn opgenomen. Na afloop werd dat ook weer in ons bijzin genoteerd. (Borg overigens nog niet terug naar 1,5 week). Als je dit huis boekt hoef je niet veel er op uit!

Het huis was netjes en proper. De ontvangst heel vriendelijk. Gelukkig was er zwembad, sauna,speelruimte, tuin, speelruimte voor de kleintjes zodat wij allen konden genieten. Kinderen van verschillende leeftijden, eentje dat nog moet slapen, twee volwassenen die een beetje ziek waren maar wij konden ons binnenshuis amuseren. Rustig voor de ouders door de speelruimten voor de kinderen. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Maar wij deden alleen wandeling naar watervallen van Coo. Enkele uren naar Wanne.

Met kinderen en kleinkinderen een lang weekend in dit huis verbleven. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. We hebben super genoten van het zwembad, de jacuzzi, de pooltafel en de voetbaltafel. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Erg fijn dat er meerdere badkamers zijn, dit voorkomt filevorming als je met 11 personen in één huis verblijft. Conclusie: een echte aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.
