Elegantly revamped, this two bedrooms, two baths condo is perfectly located across from the Alchemist, with the rec path a stroll away, and Stowe's favorites close by.
With a propane fireplace in the living room, a spacious deck and a modern kitchen ideal for gatherings. Updates include a new hot water tank, boiler, and a mini split system, ensuring comfort year-round.

*Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom boasts a lavish ensuite with a King bed. The second bedroom presents a bunk bed setup - a twin over a full bed.



*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.


*Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.
