Great location, but do not book if you need sofabed!

This place was very clean, but bare basics. If you think you might need the sofa bed, do NOT book this location. It is really old and uncomfortable; no sheets are provided even after several communications with Vacasa customer service. If you don't need the sofabed, it is very convenient to the toll house double lift (a short walk) and only a few minutes drive to the main gondolas. The kitchen is very bare bones, so not great for cooking anything other than breakfast. Very clean other than the no sheets which pretty much made our stay unpleasant.

Very dated interior. Bedding was mediocre and needs updating. Pots and pans dirty upon arrival. Master bath dirty upon arrival. Hot water is turned to a low setting, so tepid showers. Not quite the level of ski in ski out you might expect. Not the value you would expect for the price.

Over valued, outdated, and poor customer service

Not as advertised. Definitely not luxurious. There was nothing to love about this property, although it served our basic needs. The shower water never got hot - luke warm at best. The faucet in the hallway bathroom dripped continuously. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. Not a single box of tissues. The refrigerator sounded like a jet engine. The place was advertised as ski in/out. You could only ski in/out if this portion of the mountain was open - which in our case it was not. That would have been useful information to know. I emailed customer service prior to our departure regarding some questions. (They answered me the day after we checked in). I called customer service and spoke with someone who was totally clueless about this property. She couldn't answer a single question. I would never stay here again or rent a property from Vacasa. Buyer beware!

As expected, very nice and cozy.

Cozy condo. It is dated and can use updates. This is not a property that will “wow” you. But it’s a great value to be near the Stowe mountain slopes. Unfortunately we went to early in the season so no ski In - ski out. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and nice. Couches were a bit dated, old and I think they can benefit from getting a more comfortable couch. I recommend an “L” couch. It was rainy on one of our days and we were disappearing in the old and small tvs. Kitchen was stocked with all types of pots and pans. We cooked all meals and was amazing. The hot water is a little funny, don’t forget to turn on the switch. Even with the switch on, I would recommend turning in the hot water tank a bit warmer. The host was timely and interactive but we didn’t need anything. Overall I think it’s a great value! We would definitely stay here again if it was priced well and season permits! Thanks!

Loved this spacious, accommodating condo, located close to many outdoor attractions (hiking, biking, kayaking, horseback riding). Spent many wonderful hours on the balcony, enjoying the view and cool weather. Highly recommend this VRBO property!

Place is located 4-5 miles from center of town. Furniture and kitchen dated but condo very clean which we appreciated. Plenty of towels and while water force somewhat weak, bathrooms were clean. Air-conditioning only in family room and master but cooled down at night and we slept very well. Staff at Vacasa very responsive and they brought us fans within 30 minutes of asking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

Second time in unit, same great result

My wife and I stayed in this unit with our 15 month old daughter and it was great. It was our second time in this unit. We love it because it has two beds and two baths and is ski on/off WHEN TOLL HOUSE LIFT IS OPEN. The condo is dated (clearly by photos) but it totally works. Highly recommend.

This place was clean, warm and the beds were very comfortable. A bit dated but it has everything you need for a comfy stay. Can't beat the location, 1 mile from the main base lodge. We did not have ski on/off for our week as there wasn't enough snow yet.

Great affordable townhouse for family/group vacation in mountains. It was a bit a challenge to cook though because smoke from the steak or bacon was constantly activating the fire detectors and we haven’t seen any hot pool as it was written in the description but rather than that we had no problems at all and enjoyed our ski trip a lot.

Beautiful foliage across the street

We booked the place for 2 nights to see the foliage. We got really lucky to come at the right time. The townhouse itself was a bit old but super comfortable. There was a patio at the back. We also saw a pool in the complex but we did not use it. It is conveniently located within 10 minutes drive to Mt Mansfield, Smugglers Notch and Spruce Peak. We took the Gondola on top of Mansfield which had spectacular view of the foliage. The best part was that right across the street, is an amazing spot for foliage views. We saw a wedding couple taking photos there. We will come back during the next foliage season.

Perfect stay

Friends and I drove up there from New York City. This location is so peaceful and quiet we enjoyed our stay here. House was clean with comfortable sofa, beds, kitchen. We couldn’t ask for more. Perfect for families with kids or for couple. Here are suggestion for improvement: 1. Locks on bedroom and bathroom doors. Family with kids could run and own the door. We were couples and we didn’t want someone to accident open the doors. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving our door unlocked. 2. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC. thanks for the Fan, but maybe install a mini Air Conditioner would be nice. 3. Install a modern TV or AppleTV, ROKU TV or a Chromast. We wanted to share our family and vacation videos and pictures on the TV disappointed that we couldn’t connect via airline or casting to the TV. Some ppl may want to watch Netflix etc.
