Great place for family gathering!

Beautiful home with lots of room for individual privacy, yet nice fireplace and kitchen area to gather together. Hot tub was a plus and we used the sledding hill in the backyard.

Family snow vacation

House was absolutely perfect. The backyard made a great sledding hill and the hot tub was the perfect after destination. House was very comfortable, two fireplaces were very welcome on cold days. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We had a great time staying here and had plenty of space for our group. The living rooms and kitchen were so spacious, the yard was huge and had a beautiful view, and it was great to have bathrooms for every room. Overall the property and check in/check out process was great!

Great Space!

The extended family needed a space for a family reunion. Two Chimneys was just perfect. We loved the layout of the house - enough bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen for family dinners. We loved everything about it! Check in and out was fast and efficient.

Pros: Our family loved the fireplaces. Wood was provided and appreciated. The hot tub was great. Beds were very comfy. Cons: Very few towels. Nothing to stand on when getting out of the shower. No towel in kitchen to dry dishes. There was a great washer/dryer to do your own towels but no detergent provided. No dishwasher detergent to run the dishwasher although that is one of the check-out instructions. Kitchen was not up to standards with cleanliness. Could use a good scrub of cabinets.

Loved staying at this house. It had everything you would want in a rental and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Only down side was a single unfortunate positioned tree that blocked the view of the ski resort while sitting in the hot tub.

Great for two families!

This home was perfect for what we needed it to be. Two families with teens and pre-teens - one family stayed upstairs and the other split between the main floor master and bedroom above the garage. There was plenty of space for everyone to either come together or get away from others. The pool table in the basement was a big hit, as was the hot tub at night. Everyone was comfortable and happy. And the location was wonderful - easy to get to anything in Stowe but also close to other things like Waterbury Reservoir. We have already talked about coming back next summer!

Great House for a Group Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and had a great view. The 8 of us had enough space to relax and the 5 bathrooms/5 bedrooms were ideal. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and while the wifi was a bit slow at times it never dropped the signal. Relaxing getaway spot for a large group. We were far enough away from any crowds, but close enough to Stowe and Waterbury for good restaurants and activities.

Great Stowe getaway

A great home hidden in the woods 5min from Stowe's center. We stayed there with friends and our dog and had a blast. Great, huge yard with a hot tub and bonfire. Amazing view of the mountain. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The hosts are responsive. Only one thing was not perfect: water pressure (especially in the kitchen), but it wasn't a big deal... we will come again!

The perfect house for a large group!

Two Chimneys was the perfect spot for our group. We came to Stowe to enjoy the breweries in the area and we lives coming back to the house each night to enjoy the amenities, like the it tub. The house was clean and the three master bedrooms were a must!

Peace and Quiet

Beautiful property, away from everything yet so close to downtown Stowe. The rooms were just the right size and having three suites was perfect for couples traveling together. The kitchen was PERFECT to all hang together but yet not be in the cooks way. Exactly what we were looking for and will DEF return.
