「I admit I was a little dubious after reading some of the reviews however friendly staff quick service at the bar I stayed in the annexe loved the pool view spacious and comfy bed balcony a bonus large en-suite good hot shower and bath the outside if the annexe is tired looking and the corridors could do with a makeover but the room was lovely easy access to park the car by the annexe and what I saw of the main building was beautiful a dip in the massive pool was lovely would definitely stay...

「It was absolutely fantastic, enjoyed the spa too. Clean room, polite staff and amazing location, green goodness everywhere and a nice garden. Only downside is that they only had complimentary cookies on Friday at the reception. 😇」

「Our squirrel room was amazing and the Gulliver theme park on your doorstep was great. It is like living inside a book story, my son so much loved his bunk bed he didn’t want to go home. We had a lovely time full of adventures. 」

「A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar. Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots.」

Food was amazing and they are always making sure the customers are happy and if there is anything they can do to help the customers, was an absolute delight with my dog, he got lots of attention. The only con was that the rooms are dated and the furniture seems aged but with the new management hopefully this may change. Will definitely return. 」

「We arrived late on that day, the receptionist Alex gave us a warmly welcome, and all the things were prepared in the room. The room was comfortable, tidy and clean, we had a good sleep on that night.」

「The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

「Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The location and views were great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Evening meal in bar was great as was breakfast in morning. Bedroom overlooked hills and was comfy and spacious. 」
