This property is very nice. We reserved a jr. suite because we travelled with my 10 year old grandson. Inez at the front desk was so helpful and nice. She upgraded us to a balcony suite and guided us to a great restaurant. The staff is very nice here. Very nice stay.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)

Good location and high quality accommodation

Bed is big and comfortable, The windows are so good that isolated the noises from street.Breakfast larch options, the minor issue were in Sunday and Monday some of the food items end too early and no replacement. We like the hotel location, it is easy to have a base at Strasbourg and travel to close cities by train for day trip.
