The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional. After a long day of driving we had a late arrival and were tired. We were met with a genuine smile and the check-in was fast. Excellent customer service.

Hôtel très sympathique. Arrêt de tram juste en face de l’hôtel permettant d’aller dans le centre en une dizaine de minutes. Petit dej raisonnable, et parking très appréciable (moyennant supplément). Je recommande cet hôtel si vous venez en voiture, il est idéalement situé. Je reviendrai.

Great location, across tram stop and there was even a laundromat nearby. Great food options nearby too. Breakfast was nice and we made use of the bar in the evenings. Quiet and clean. Would stay again!

Overall nice convenient location. Parking is available follow the signs and don’t park in the residence parking since it is shared with the hotel parking. Parking spots are available, but are small if you have a big vehicle and can easily scratch up the car. Breakfast was good especially the croissant. Property is very close to the train station and it was a smooth ride to the city of Strasbourg. Overall the hotel was great and we recommend a stay here.

The air conditioner at the property was not operating and the weather was stinking hot. One of the reasons why we booked was for air conditioning.

Ibis Hotels are very basic/3 times & never again.

The check-in was warm & friendly. The female clerk was very helpful with directions to the shopping mall & the river boat the next morning. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little on the too firm side. The restaurant had a limited menu, so we ate elsewhere. The breakfast buffet was included, which was a surprise, & would have been excellent, had they put the hot scrambled eggs & sausage with the rest of the food instead of on a desk near the check-in or if a sign directed us there. We needed to iron clothes for the river cruise, & while they did provide an iron upon request, they did not have an ironing board.Gee, how much would that cost. Most hotels have one in every room.
