Perfect Location and Exactly as Pictured! Would Absolutely Stay Again!!

The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located...walkable to everything! It is open and bright and has everything you need! The host were very responsive! The key pick up..even though not onsite (a 2 minute walk)...was very simple! The apartment looks exactly like the VRBO pictures! We thought it was a great value for the cost and would definitely recommend it!

Great Location

Very nice and comfortable unit. Our daughter called it a "fairy tale cottage." It is located near the Christmas markets, Petite France, and other sights, as well as restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. The train station is very walkable from the unit -- no need for a taxi expecially with road closures at certain times of the day that prioritize pedestrians going to the Christmas festivities. We enjoyed our stay!

Light and airy apartment in a great location

The apartment is centrally located, walking distance to the train station, lots of cafes and restaurants and the Cathedral district. We had a very pleasant weeklong stay. We did have a problem with heat the last couple of days, as we were there in October, a day before the heat was to be turned on, and though there was a space heater it did not function. The concierge was very helpful.

This apartment has an authentic French character

Located conveniently for walking to most sites, this lovely apartment was clean and has a well-equipped full-sized kitchen. The bathroom is large with beautiful tiles.As with most similar properties, there is no AC so opening windows late in the evening and utilizing provided fans is a must in summer. If you require a quiet place, you might look elsewhere as there are busy and sometimes loud cafes at street level. The bedroom is located in the back in a quieter courtyard. The refurbishment of the street from hard pavement to large granite like bricks was finishing up below when we arrived but continues down the street. There's a Carrefour City, Patissieres, an excellent wine shop and other amenities are minutes away. The tram station Homme de Fer is nearby.

Nous avons été ravis de ce logement. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable, le logement est très agréable et suffisamment spatieux pour 4 (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). La cuisine est vraiment grande et la salle de bain aussi (mention spéciale pour la grande baignoire et l'avantage d'avoir une machine à laver). Nous avons apprécié également l'ascenseur (toujours pratique avec une poussette ou une grosse valise) même si l'appartement n'est qu'au 1er étage. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et beaucoup de charme. Je termine par l'emplacement qui est exceptionnel au coeur de la vieille ville et à 2 pas de la Petite France. Nous sommes venus en train et avons pu tout faire à pied sans aucune difficulté. Propreté du canapé à revoir sinon rien à signaler

Nicht zu empfehlen - entspricht nicht der Anzeige

Die Lage war sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Leider entspricht der Zustand der Einrichtung überhaupt nicht den Fotos. Die Schlafcouch war dermaßen abgenutzt und mit Flecken übersät, das wir sie nicht nutzen konnten. Der Fernseher ist veraltet, Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen fleckig und kaputt gerissen, ebenso die Gardinen in der Küche. Dicke Staub- und Spinnwebengebilde an den Decken. Die Wohnung wirkte insgesamt schmuddelig. Der Vermieter Cotoon hatte im Vorfeld einen Vertrag und Erinnerungen geschickt, was wir alles nicht durften und welche Regeln zu befolgen sind. U.A. sollte nach Ankunft Fotos von vorhandenen Schäden geschickt werden, damit diese nicht uns angelastet werden. Es konnten dann aber gar nicht so viele Fotos hochgeladen werden, wie Vorschäden vorhanden sind. Wir haben deutlich zum Ausdruck gebracht, das die Couch in diesem Zustand nicht nutzbar und damit ein Vertragsbestandteil nicht erfolgt ist, aber der Vermieter ist nicht zu einem finanziellen Ausgleich bereit. Obwohl hier selbst festgestellt wurde, dass der Zustand der Couch bekannt sei, man sich bemühe, diese auszutauschen. Wir können diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen!

Wenn man dann verstanden hat, wie man an die Schlüssel kommt 😁 ist es sehr einfach. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch immer jederzeit möglich. Sichere Unterkunft. Alles fußläufig, man kommt innerhalb von 10min in die Unterkunft und hat die Innenstadt quasi um die Ecke.

Täuschung

Die Wohnung war hinlänglich sauber und zentral gelegen. ABER: Es war nicht die Wohnung, die wir - mit guten Gründen - gebucht hatten. Einen Tag vor Abreise erhielten wir eine Whatsapp mit dem Hinweis, die gebuchte Wohnung sei wegen Reparaturarbeiten nicht verfügbar. Dann darf sie erst gar nicht inseriert werden! Es scheint eine gängige Masche zu sein: gut gelegene, sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnungen anbieten, die Leute im guten Glauben buchen lassen und sie dann auf die restlichen Wohnungen umverteilen. Seien Sie gewarnt...

Positiv: Die Wohnung lag sehr gut im Zentrum und ist sehr gemütlich aussgestattet. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Negativ: Die Betreuung durch das Call-Center wäre verbesserungsfähig, da diese uns eher in die Fichten geführt haben, als uns zu helfen. Backofen war außer Funktion. Spinnweben hinter dem Bett. Kleiner Tipp: Bitte lest genau nach wo die Schlüssel liegen!! Achtet auf den Briefkasten,denn der Schlüssel befindet sich in einem Safe im Briefkasten. Wenn ihr woanders schaut, dann wird dies zu einem wahrlichen Exit-Spiel.
