Overall is good
The check in staff are friendly and helpful. Nice location near the main station. Room with kitchen stuffs. We booked the room during Xmas period which is a bit expensive than expected, overall is good.

直線步行很快即可到TGV火車站。距離C train的輕軌電車也很近。飯店大廳人員很親切。淋浴與馬桶分開很方便，有全身鏡，有廚具很齊全可以煮飯，兩個28吋行李攤開空間OK。床鋪插座網路都OK。

Unclean and below expectation apartment
Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel but an apartment with low maintenance. There are many small bugs in room as the window was open before my arrival, and it seems outside is with many plants. Parking space looks horrible, darker & unclean. The cooking kitchenware is also in bad condition, I wonder they never take a look at the detailed part? Anyway...not a good option for the parents who care about the surrounding for kids.

It is a 5 min walk from the main station, location wise very good. The hotel entrance is not fancy, so as everything inside. Just think of it as a random flat. The room is a little bit small but has a fully equipped kitchen, thus will be good for people who wanna cook themselves. Fair for its price in France.

距離火車站很近，入城區大約步行15分鐘，附近又有大型購物廣場，十分方便。房內有廚房，洗碗機，地方寬敞，超棒!

Near train station and nice room
First,the hotel is near train station and walking about 150m. Second, we booked a room that has a small kitchen,and it was convenience to cook food in the room. Third,the counter staff was nice and friendly to introduce around the hotel. Finally, I recommend this hotel if you want to go to Strasbourg.

Great location
Hotel room is comfortable, spacious and clean. It is close to the train station with only 3 min walk. Strasbourg is a small city, so the main tourist attractions are all within walking distance in 15 mins.

I think hotel should be clarify the parking or drop off for guests. Because we just arrived hotel and wanna drop off baggage first then go to parking. But a man is resident (he emphasized) with not friendly tone tell us can't park here. We explained we just drop off luggage but he still like crazy and keep shouted at us. And then we try to went to the hotel for check in. A moment later the man went to the reception and told the lady he want to call the police. How ridiculous he was? It was the worst experience i ever had in europe!

Huge and Comfortable room
Though the location of hotel is a bit far from the city center, it is close to the train station. The room i stayed was huge like an apartment, i am happy that we have microwave for making tea. The room is clean and comfortable. Front desk were helpful and friendly.

Great hotel!
Room was very large, everything was comfortable, clean and worked as it should. Front desk staff very nice and welcoming. We were there for only one night and did not get to take advantage of the kitchenette, but it was well-stocked.
