Great location

Flat is quite small but the location is perfect. Communication was challenging with multiple parties involved right after booking. Got too many emails from different parties with links to multiple documents with various information and requirements. Communication and information flow needs to be streamlined.

A comfortable place

Stayed two weeks in this very clean, well appointed apartment a block from Kléber Square. With everything so close, it was surprising it was so quiet. I would gladly stay in other Cotoon properties as if this is any indication, they are well organized.

Appart très bien placé, plutôt calme. Là dessus, les photos ne mentent pas.-- Légère fuite de la partition en verre dans la baignoire.Communication très corporate de l'agence qui gère le bien. Zéro humain. Tout est automatisé. On a l'impression de participer au rendement d'un bien immobilier. Un peu dommage.Autre point négatif: leur message nous expliquant comment *marchent* les notes sur les sites. Je cite: " 3 ou moins / 6/10 ou moins** Impact fort sur notre visibilité, notre annonce peut etre supprimée."Ça manque un peu d'élégance.
