12 to 20 minutes from Strasbourg city centre, this house is the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends and relax while visiting our beautiful region.

• An air-conditioned living room with two large sofas and a 55-inch AMBILIGHT 4K TV with Netflix and Chromecast,
• A beautiful, very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a large bathtub,
• A standard bathroom with shower and washbasin,
• 2 toilets, one separate on the ground floor and the other upstairs in the bathroom,
 
• Baby cot and baby chair free on request,
• 5 parking spaces.
!! Please do not eat in the bedrooms !!
• Minimum 2 nights (exceptions possible on weekdays, please contact us),
• Pets welcome (€30 per pet), bowls provided, but not on beds or sofas,
• Small friendly gatherings and background music are welcome; out of respect for the neighbours, no sound systems or shouting outside, especially in the evening,
• No smoking indoors; ashtray available on the terrace,
• Please do not eat in the bedrooms,
• Please clean the barbecue after use and turn off the gas,
• On departure: kitchen tidied, empty bottles taken to the bottle bank.
IMPORTANT ON DEPARTURE: please leave all dirty linen on the bathroom floor and take glass bottles to the nearest bottle bank.
Towels are provided (one large towel per person) and beds are made on arrival; remember to bring a bathrobe for the jacuzzi. Coffee pods (Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo and Dolce Gusto) are provided, and a filter coffee maker is also available.
If you can, a small gesture that really helps our team: gather the used sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in a single bathroom.
