Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel is old and neglected. Needs refurbishment. It is Impossible to reach by car. Surprisingly the hotel do not provide a trolley or any help with luggage. Breakfast is poor and not worth the money. What was very good was the gentleman at the reception. He did his absolute best and was very kind ...
