“Room wasn’t ready at 3 for check in. Waited a 1/2 hour, just to get to the room and the key cards didn’t work. The room was not the room I booked. Went to dinner to come back and the key cards didn’t work again.”

“We have stayed here two times and both times have been very good experiences. The on-site restaurant is very good and the cafe shop in the mornings hit the spot. Very charming property with large, luxurious Tuscan-themed rooms, a spa and a charming pool. It is a very good alternative to other stays in Lancaster City. ”
