“Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon.”

“The townhouse itself is located in a nice area that is conveniently close to a shopping area, which was a big plus for us. The hosts thought of everything their guests might need during a stay: they even included snacks and coffee. The townhouse was extremely clean, roomy, and comfortable. “We had a great stay at this cabin! Host was responsive and gave many ideas of what to do. The cabin was cozy and it was a perfect stay! A must see is the caverns about 20-30 min away. We drove a Subaru Outback suv and had no problem with the road going up to the cabin, if it snows it can be slippery and icy going down, drive very slow. Overall 5 star stay! Thanks ”

“Very nice clean, eclectic place with great amenities. Paula is a great host, tentative when we had questions. It was cold and windy by the lake, but there was plenty to do inside (games, sauna, TV, etc.) on a snowy winter day. Enjoyed having a fire in fireplace in the sunroom watching outside nature. We hope to return to enjoy all that is offered when it's warmer.”
