Easy to find, clean and spacious room and comfy bed and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was plentiful and homemade, even the bread. Hosts were very pleasant, and gave us great local details especially about parking near the theatres. Would highly recommend

Our stay was amazing from the minute we got there! House and backyard are gorgeous! The rooms and bathrooms have the cutest decor and are immaculately clean! The hosts are super sweet and inviting, and make the best breakfasts with nice chats! Thank you again for everything Anna and Andrew!

Excellent B & B near Festival Theatre
Anna and Andrew were amazing hosts! Everything was clean, and the breakfast was fantastic! We especially enjoyed taking with our hosts at the breakfast table about their life experiences. We will definitely return!

Anna & Andrew were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was amazing and Andrew's home made bread delicious. They also catered for my wife's allergies for breakfast and allowed us to use our own dairy free milk and butter which they kept in their fridge for us.
