“The location was great, next to the beach and sports fields. The apartment was decorated nice but don't let the pictures in the ads fool you because but it's old and smells terrible, very musty. I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay when I checked in because of the smell but there was nothing else available. The host let me know that her big dehumidifier had broken and there was a replacement on the way but it took until day 3 to get the replacement and the new one definitely……

“We loved the property. 10 of us stayed very comfortably here - 3 families. The screened in porch was well-used by us for evenings and meals. We loved the hot tub and decks. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The icing on the cake would have been a pool. It was very clean, well stocked and well-kept. So beautiful! We highly recommend it to others.”

“Beautiful view across the bay of downtown Charlottetown Located on a quiet street. Check in information was sent well ahead of check-in and easy to enter. Sloping floors in the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and cookware but short on plates and glassware. Tiny bathroom. Listing as executive is not accurate for this cabin.”

“We had a lovely two-night stay at the reunion cottages. Are as advertised, modern and quaint. Unfortunately did not use some of the outdoor amenities due to weather but looked great. Playground on site and a new large playground within a few minutes walk in adjacent campground. Easy walk to a beautiful kid-friendly beach. Very happy with host communication and value. Lots of room for our family of 5.”

“We stayed at this property for a couple nights while in PEI with our toddler. This house is very close the airport (10 minutes drive), and it is in a very quiet neighborhood. We didn’t hear any noise at night and our child slept well. We were able to drive to anywhere we wanted to visit. The house is overall very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. There is no TV, which does not really bother us. The host is very responsive and helpful. Overall we had a great time in PEI. A few……

“My son and I spent four nights in this charming home and cannot recommend it more highly. It was close to downtown and a perfect jumping off point for all parts of PEI. It was also lovely to just stay in and read or play games, looking out at the water and the lively district park. I hope we can come back and stay again! A+++ P.S. Great communication by April!”

“Avonlea was a Beautiful property with lots of potential. The property needs improvement. Great location, next door to Shining Waters and the Tourist Mart. The pool area was nice and the hot tub is a bonus. As for our cottage, in one of the beds my daughter found certain hairs that should not have been there. In the posting it claims that the properties are sound proof, this is not the case at all. We were in a Deluxe Cottage right by the street and it was loud. The two playgrounds and pool were……
