“We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon……

“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. “Wow, this was surprisingly wonderful! The price is unbeatable for the value. The staff were amazing, the room was comfortable and super clean. Loved the decor. It’s a “minimalist” stay ~ no TV, no phone, no closet, no kitchenette appliances, etc. Didn’t miss any of the “things”! It’s within walking distance to all downtown Charlottetown attractions. The hotel has a restaurant/cafe connected to the lobby, which was also fabulous ~ Good food and service personnel. I would stay here again anytime! ”
