We really enjoyed our stay. That location wasn’t far from the main village and only a short walk to the lifts. The apartment was clean and had everything you’d need.
We love this condo - it’s our second year staying here. We love the thoughtful additions like the hot cocoa bar and the boot warmer - and the location cannot be beat, just steps away from the Tamarack lift and a brief walk to the village. Thanks for another fantastic vacation with our kids!
We had a fantastic stay over Presidents weekend. Immaculately clean and many new appliances, everything you need to make meals in the kitchen, and close to lifts and the village. Would definitely book again!
My wife and 2 children stayed here looking to ski for a few days. The condo was perfect for my small family, and you can’t beat the location. Very short walk to ski lift and about a 5 minute walk into the village. Highly recommend booking.

The apartment is updated, nicely decorated and very clean, and the ski lift was near the building. There were nice touches like hot chocolate and coffee, as well as boot and glove dryers. We'll definitely try to book this place for our next trip to Stratton.
Stayed for 5 nights with my 9 year old daughter over spring break. Condo location is excellent, especially for groups with children— very easy walk to Tamarack lift, makes it feasible to stop in for lunch midday and convenient in the mornings. Kind, responsive owner/manager; communicative, proactive, gets back to questions quickly. Smooth, seamless check-in, and great parking. Condo equipped with all you need for a comfortable vacation!
Place was clean and well equipped. My only suggestion is a small welcome packet with a map of the village, trail, maps, restaurant suggestions, shuttle information, things like that.
Amazing place to stay for a ski weekend at Stratton!
We had a wonderful long ski weekend at this property….the location cannot be beat, steps away from Tamarack lift and a few minutes walk to Stratton Village. The condo is outfitted with everything you could need - extra blankets and pillows, several different types of coffee makers, washer/dryer, plenty of dishes, utensils, and seating. The hot chocolate bar was a really nice touch, and the boot warmer was AMAZING to have. We would love to stay at this condo again!
It was a ladies' trip and we had a great time. The property is beautiful and immaculate, which was a giant plus right off the bat. We arrived in the evening during a snowstorm. Check-in was so easy. I received a text from James with the information needed to get inside the condo. It worked out well and was stress free. The condo was very well stocked, cozy and comfortable. Ski-in and ski-out was literally a few feet from the door. Lots of parking. We agreed we would come back again. Thank you, James, for your hospitality.
We've been on several ski trips and usually stay in VRBO rentals. This was by far the best place we've rented. It was nicely updated, clean, comfortable, with new modern appliances. They even had the glove and boot driers that not all ski rentals have - this is such an added convenience that we really appreciated. The location is terrific, really just steps away from the lift and an easy walk to the village. The convenience of being near the lift means less time in the crowded lodge and being able to have meals and coffee in peace. My husband was able to drop off our son when he needed his breaks and get back to the slopes without worrying about us. Plus points for the board games - we had a blast playing together as a family!
Our host was great with getting all the info we needed to prepare for the trip. He was quick to reply to messages and questions throughout our stay. We're hoping they up reservations for next season soon so we can book our next stay!!
Nice place thats well stocked with niceties in the kitchen. However there is a fatal flaw, which is that the entire unit is powered by two 1000 watt space heaters with no humidifier. Anyone who knows how to size a heating solution would know that in the Vermont winter, this is not adequate. To add insult to injury, there weren't even proper comforters for the beds, just like a very thin summer blanket and some wimpy fleeces. This made it a challenge to stay comfortably warm during the trip. Here's my tip: run the boot and glove dryer all the time, as its basically another space heater, and boil water on the stove to avoid having cracked hands and lips. Stay warm my friends.
FWIW: If it was properly heated and/or had actual warm bedding, its an easy 5 star.
Owner kindly let us check in early during bad weather. He also made sure the linens and towels were laundered to avoid our allergies. He has furnished this small, typically constructed, Stratton ski condo around its dramatic view and fireplace. (All the wood you want is available in the parking lot kiosk.) One wall is all mirror so it looks roomier. It's attractive and well-equipped, including games. Even a boot and mitten dryer! Full coffee and hot chocolate provided. It's on the bottom floor so expect noise above. Despite lined drapes, the master bedroom has light seepage from the parking lot, so bring a sleeping mask. When you make a fire, be sure to keep/turn the rack upside down so it's closer to the coals. Otherwise, the fire is unlikely to stay lit. They provided a small starter log, under the sink, since there is no kindling. You can also dip paper towel in cooking oil.
Yes the host was very responsive and the place was great. It was as just as advertised (newly renovated) and they had plenty of appliances, linens, TP, PT etc. that you would need for stay. Very close to lifts and bonus for us, we had great conditions while we were there. Only suggestion would be to upgrade mattress.

We stayed here during a wedding in town during the off-season. We were blown away by how clean and easy it was to get around. It’s just a short walk to Stratton Village, right down the road. The bed was super comfy, and the couch was too. We even made a fire on the first night, which was a breeze since they had all the supplies we needed. Highly recommend
