Seattle Street End Park Hotels

"Very big hotel. The advantage is that it has a skybridge to the mall. I felt that despite being so big and more expensive it is a bit impersonal and prefer a Hyatt House where they don’t charge for water. The upgrade was not felt in the room nor in the add ons. Mentioning Argan Oil in the shampoo does not make it feel superior for soap. The “ awesome breakfast” is a normal buffet that upcharges every extra item ordered except the eggs. I paid 51 for buffet and a smoothie. My room was not cleaned when I asked for it in the am. I returned at 3 and it was not done. Good location. I never interacted with a staff member after the receptionist gave me the key. You don’t see staff. "

"This poor motel- needs new mattresses, new ceiling fans in bathrooms, terribly squeaky floors replaced, definitely needs new washer & dryers for Guest Laundry, outside walkways & entrances definitely need pressure washing.. Excellent breakfast & wonderful Front Desk Agents, Housekeepers & Maintenance make up for the replacements/repairs"

"Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7, or an 8. It's more like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings were very deceiving. The conditions of the outside were a joke.The entire place needs a make-over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car, playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look at the room, and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. The best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm. You will see for yourself that the area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me. "

"The staff were so nice! The hotel is beautiful and clean. Good food and great service at the Hearth. The noises from the neighboring shower and from the heating system were a bit intrusive but over all a very nice stay. "
