"Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She marked my booking no. then talking very fast that I cannot get the meaning. Later, she gave me 1 door card. I said we are 2 people here and should have 2 cards. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". "

"房間寬敞,離車站不算遠,步行約10分鐘內。 有附早餐是個很不錯的優勢,簡單的麵包跟水果、優格,提供出門遊玩的旅人能量出發一天的旅程。 房間雖然有些許灰塵,但還算整潔,可惜在最後一天的新毛巾有污漬,像拿去擦過排泄物,令人失望。 "

"早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15:00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15:30至16:00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足 夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22:00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎? 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來."

"飯店雖然相對新穎,但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場,需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車,對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是,櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後,又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房,經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失,實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店"

"Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :) Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve. Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water. There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first. Waited 10 mins and turned out he’s forgot my request and freely chatting with the senior manager. I stood closer and the manager gave him a hint. Saw me but then continued to chat then slowly went to take a wrong luggage to me. No apologises whatsoever. It was late at 12am and I just wanted to m shower and sleep since I had a very early meeting. Meanwhile the (suppose) senior manager just bounces every request to others by saying : you can find my colleague. He just sat at the bar and drank while there were more than 1 group of guests in need. Not sure why and they did not clean our room at the second last night with the cleaning card hanged outside. ( we left in the morning ) Another room’s guest put their finished meal in the corridor for collection but it was there whole day/night. Good location and facilities but poor service. "
