“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente. La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura”

Even on check in there were some misunderstands with reception trainee staff related to arranging the bill according to my company travel documents requirements, on check out everything was solved by hotel management in very professional and friendly way. Great place to have breakfast or just coffee in roof restaurant. Really good place for Nicosia where……
