  • Ocean Club members! Country club membership is available for a $300 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and 2 fitness centers. We have our own heated pool and beach access if you choose not to join.
    Tucked away on South Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush
    barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the
    warmth of true southern hospitality. The IRP Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a Caribbean feel with a colorful interior. Kitchen is fully equipped.
    New and better WiFi! Located on the third floor with two balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki hut bar and restaurant. The beach is just steps away.
    Renter can sign up and pay at the golf shop for the membership cards it is currently (may change) $300/family. I do require a contract and photo ID. We welcome up to 2 dogs (only dogs).
    IMPORTANT: There will be construction from the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, during the period between June 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026 while building repairs are being done. Some days there will be no work being done and no noise, and some days there will be work being done that may cause noise. Both balconies may be blocked with no access and may have workers on them. Prices have been reduced to reflect the potential for construction noise and inconvenience during this period of time.

This place is amazing!

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Hutchinson Island. The condo was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with. It was in the perfect spot for morning jogs and very close to restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

Comfortable and we had all we needed. The ocean was steps away and the area is booming with so many great restaurants. Spent many hours catching up and playing cards on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and breeze.

Great Beach/Stuart location

We traveled from Tucson Arizona to visit family and get to the beach. What an awesome location right on beach with incredible view and deck to sit out and watch the waves!! We definitely recommend this lovely, well equipped 2 bedroom condo!

Perfect location for wedding in Stuart.

We stayed at this great condo for a wedding / reception at Sailfish Pointe resort. It had a bin of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. which was nice. The pool was close and well maintained. The beach was just a walk down through the pool area and down the walkway. Very nice beach. Easy to get around to restaurants and venues for our four day stay. Would stay here again.

What a great location with a beautiful view. If you go to the golf pro shop and spend the $150 per stay you can use the Marriott facilities next door. My wife and i feel we got our monies worth but its not necessarily to enjoy the condo beach and pool.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time at this property, we stayed here in November of 2020. This condo is very clean and spacious. Nice views fo the ocean. The pool is great. We rode bikes, walked and just chilled. We will be back.
