Direct waterfront Lake House, stunning views Sleeps 8 on a private PENINSULA!

This breathtaking property is located on its own PENINSULA! Stunning water views from almost every window. Please see our reviews, everyone loves it!!!

This updated, year round, charming family cottage features 3 BR, 2 bath
1st Floor Galley Kitchen, large living room w/sliders to a remodeled and heated Sun porch and large wrap around deck, 1st floor Bedroom with Queen and Bunk Beds, renovated full bathroom.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a premium Queen bed. One room has a remodeled bathroom, the other room has a private Juliette balcony overlooking the lake with sitting area.
Both upstairs bedrooms have small air conditioners.

Outdoor life: Fishing is great! Right off the dock or off the peninsula! Large mouth, small mouth and spotted bass, Pickerol, Perch, and even a few Massive Carp and trout. Use the kayaks or canoe to explore the lake or fish! Watch the sunset from a captivating screened in porch or from the front deck on Adirondack chairs. The large grassy yard includes a boat dock, kayaks, canoes, small private beach area with beach chairs, outdoor stone fireplace, outdoor seating area, picnic table with outdoor lighting and an outdoor bathroom!!!
Did I forget,...Great swimming too!!!

Enjoy your mornings waking up lake side, sipping coffee from the private balcony off the master bedroom.
Soak up the afternoon sun in the lake, fish off the dock or play catch or baseball in the large yard.
As the sun starts to set, enjoy a family dinner by cooking outdoors on the Stone grill! With many options, you can eat inside the sun porch or outdoors on the picnic table as you watch the sunset dip right across the other side of the lake.
Nights by the lake are filled with fun and laughter, sit by the fire, gaze at the beautiful stars or maybe even do a little night fishing for catfish.

Awesome location!

We rented this property because our was getting married in Sturbridge and we wanted a place for the groomsmen to gather and get ready but also where we could spend the night. The location was awesome! ( can’t wait to see pictures) and the host was friendly and quick to respond. We enjoyed it so much that we are already talking about returning for a relaxing visit!!

We enjoyed our stay. As a family of cooks the kitchen was very small and this was a bit of a challenge. It is a very relaxing cottage and we enjoyed the water even if it was a bit cold as our time was in April. I would certainly return to this rental. It is very clean and the sun room was wonderful.

Stay in paradise

This was a perfect location for our girls-get-away trip to Brimfield. This home sits right on Cedar Lake and the views are absolutely amazing. A very quiet neighborhood. It was so peaceful sitting outside watching the wildlife. Jamie was quick to respond and very gracious.

Great vacation The outside lawn and seating was great - the raft, dock, kayaks and swimming beach were fully enjoyed by the 8- to 16- year- olds in our party. The living room and sun room dining area were also great. The downside was the small galley kitchen and the unusual upstairs sleeping arrangements. The bedroom overlooking the lake was nice, but you had to go through the other bedroom or downstairs to get to a bathroom. Overall it was a perfect place for the grandkids to have a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful relaxing setting

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to spend a week. The lake was so peaceful and calm. We enjoyed getting out on the kayaks and exploring. The house was comfortable, a little cramped for the seven of us but the view made it worth it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful house directly on the water with great views from every room. The fishing was great. The swimming from the dock was great fun. The host was fantastic in answering all our questions. I can't wait to go back!

Property is nice beautiful views of the lake, had a few hiccups but property manager took care of. Room down stairs is a little stuffy with no windows in the room fan is not enough to keep air circulating with 4 people staying in the room other than that overall nice stay

Beautiful Lakefront Getaway

A sweet home with amazing views and access to the lake. The hosts thought of all the things we would need and had a well stocked home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and games to use. There were spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and out. The yard felt very private even though other people were next door. We had eight people in our group and though I wouldn’t describe the house as large, it did not feel small for our group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

Beautiful lakefront with every amenity you could want

Ladies weekend with family &friends,was everything we hoped for at lakefront property Gorgeous lake,sunsets and outdoor space, that unfortunately we didnt get to use due to rain, but still had beautiful views and so cozy inside. We will be back, for sure!

Huns at the Lake

The Lakehouse was amazing! Even more spacious and comfortable than the photos showed. It was immaculately clean.The house was close to everything in town. Beds were very comfy, extra blankets and pillows kept us all cozy. The screened in porch was such a great gathering place. Amenities in the listing were accurate.... boats, fire pit, kitchen appliances and utensils, and plenty of patio and deck chairs, both front and back decks. The yard was huge and gorgeous, the peninsula provided privacy and an amazing view. Plenty of parking. Jamie was very accommodating and responded in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The only thing that could have been improved was the Internet being out of service for the whole weekend, but there was so much to do on the lake that we didn't need it for entertainment. Thanks Jamie. We hope to rent again next year.
