1-26-2025 update 18 inches of snow on the ground! Unwind in Boulder Canyon at this beautiful property at the base of the mountains. Explore 200 private acres of trails and trees up on the mountain top. No neighbors anywhere to be seen! With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed, this exceptional property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine and dryer and high speed WiFi. The 3 bathrooms provide added comfort during your stay. Our driveway is just off Hwy 14A and winds above the river through the trees.

We have a road up the mountain side that connects with our trails and let's you explore all through the Black Hills. Choose a UTV, ATV, Motorcycle, or 4x4 Jeep etc. In winter ride your snowmobile right up the mountain road from the house.

Plenty of parking for a trailer as well. Two stall heated garage for your toys.

Two patio areas for entertaining and grilling in backyard. Real wood fireplace in the living room. 65 inch big screen smart TV. Wifi

Snowmobile trip with family n friends to remember

The house was top notch and communication with Tommy was above and beyond what other places have stayed by far. It was like having a home but not being at home. We had access right from the driveway to some great riding that was incredible and not pounded down. All honesty it was like a little piece of heaven to a sled rider.
