Great hotel with modern, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and we had a very pleasant stay. We would happily come back.

Comfortable hotel and well positioned but felt like a ghost town. Hardly anyone there. Coffee facility in the room would have been nice but drinks in the minibar were included in the price.

No housekeeping for 3 days asked for towels at reception, they never arrived, workmen banging every day from 08:00 At night the corridor was black no lights I have stayed at many hotels all over the world never had 3 days without housekeeping. Would never stay here again

House keeping was horrible. Booked a mini suite for 3. Was only set up for 2. Asked front desk to correct came back late and front desk said they could do nothing. So no pillow or bedding for third person. They gave us a portable heater and pillow off of lobby chair Next day after complaining, still no bedding. Nothing till third night

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und hat eine fantastische Lage für einen Musicalbesuch. Unser Zimmer war renoviert, modern und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Die Sauberkeit war absolut hervorragend! Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Wir waren absolut begeistert und werden falls wir wieder ein Musical in Stuttgart besuchen definitiv wieder buchen!

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Musical Besuch gebucht und hierfür war es perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und bieten viele Annehmlichkeiten. Das Badezimmer ist sauber. Unser Zimmer wurde frisch renoviert, weshalb es noch ein paar Rückstände der Renovierungsarbeiten gab. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und auch einen kleinen Bereich mit veganen Produkten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel um Musical zu besuchen! Gute Autobahn-Anbindung, ausreichend Parkplätze (gebührenpflichtig, angemessene Preise), mehrere Restaurants auch in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer sehr groß mit tollem Bett und schönem Bad (Top-Zustand und neu). Auch sehr angenehm, wenn heutzutage ungewöhnlich, die kostenlose Zimmer-Bar mit vielen Getränken. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich würde das Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen!

La struttura si trova molto vicino all'aeroporto,per cui ideale per chi sta viaggiando e ha bisogno di un buon posto dove riposare. La struttura sembra essere nuova o comunque molto in ordine, la stanza molto grande,indicativamente 30mq. Bagno spazioso con una doccia molto grande,frigo bar con varie bibite omaggio,letto King con piumone.Silenziosissimo e pulito. Senza dover uscire dall'immobile,si accede a vari servizi quali bar, ristoranti,teatro etc.senza diversi spostare.Non ultimo,ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo,a pagamento,ma direttamente collegato all' hotel!

Hallo zusammen, Erstmal waren wir 5 min vor 15 Uhr da und durften mit dem ganz vielen weiteren bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten zum einchecken. Worauf hin sich eine lange Schlange bildetet und die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich. Beim Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir in der 12. Etage bei 40 grad keine Klimaanlage haben und ob wir trotzdem einchecken möchten. Hier wäre eine vorab Information durchaus sinnvoll gewesen. Als wir am Abend vom Musical ins Hotel gegangen sind, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Licht bei uns im Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Also sind wir zur Rezeption um ein anderes Zimmer zu erfragen, nach Suche gab uns der Mitarbeiter ein „neu renoviertes Zimmer“. Dieses war dreckig, das 2. Haus wirkte verlassen, überall lag Müll rum im Flur. Und es haben die Kissen gefehlt, ebenso sah das Bett aus, als habe jemand schon drinne geschlafen. Anschließend haben wir unser Zimmer ohne Licht zurück genommen. Eine Entschädigung konnte man uns hierfür nicht machen. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal übernachten und es auch keinem empfehlen, das war eine unschöne Hotelerfahrung.
