No rooms in hotel

When we go in hotel they have no room available because they give all room to Ukraine refugees. Why you or hotel don’t give us notice that we have no room available because we have a Convention in Messe Stuttgart near this hotel and we face a lot of difficulty because of this reason.

乾淨舒適的住宿

飯店有機場的免費接駁車可搭乘，只要請櫃台的服務人員幫忙打電話確認即可，附近有一間超市，整體而言亁淨舒適，有點可惜的是第一晩提供免費的氣泡水，之後幾晩就沒有再提供了。

Fast alles gut.....

Hotel liegt unweit des Flughafens und der Autobahn. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Alles wirkt recht sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer mit regelbarer Klimaanlage. Einzig das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Die Brötchen wirkten nicht frisch und ein kaltes gefärbtes Ei. Zudem Zusatzkosten, wenn man mehr als 2 Brötchen möchte. Auch der Kaffee ist geschmacklich keine Offenbarung. Schade.

Die Unterkunft und der Service waren super, das mit dem Flughafen Shuttle total verwirrend. Vorabend Check-In: Wir hatten zwei müde Kinder mit Autositzen, die Taxis wollten uns nicht, weil die Fahrstrecke zu kurz war und irgendwie hat uns keiner vernünftig erklärt, wie wann wo der Shuttlebus fährt

Angenehmes Hotel

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Merkwürdigerweise war die WC-Türe in der oberen Hälfte durchsichtig. Der Flughafen-Shuttle war leider nicht gratis, ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.

There was one one personal member attending the restaurant, bar and reception. He was stressed. Understandable but most of us were also stressed. I personally had a lond trip behind me. It is not his fault, the hotel management should be prepared for such situations.

Could do better.

The hotel includes Airport in its name but is not at the airport. There is a shuttle bus which you would expect to be free but in fact charges €7 per journey per room!! A regular taxi is cheaper if you have a family taking two or more rooms. The hotel room had silverfish (insects) which got on the bed and in our belongings. We killed a couple bit some got away. The bed was hard and only had one flat pillow which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to others because it is not conveniently near the airport, awkward to get to and not comfortable. The reception staff were ok.

You may not have AC in your room

A two night stay on our velo trip. Staff were kind and helpful, but the AC system was wonky from room to room, when we stayed. Had to switch rooms to get one with the AC working. Great breakfast!!
