Very pleasant hotel and friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was quite nice. Esslingen is a jewel if you like an old medieval town that extends beyond belief. We did great hikes in the local vineyards. Thanks.

Staff was very friendly the rooms were modern and clean. Good breakfast fast easy check in and out. Close to a park, restaurants, ice cream and fruit market. Didn’t love the bed pillows but that is a small detail. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in an excellent location and rooms very clean. My husband and myself were both ill during our stay and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings but if we are fortunate enough to return we would definitely stay here.

The room was ok; no refrigerator; conventional, old-fashioned key. The biggest issue was Internet access (WLAN). There were no instructions in the room, other than a scan, which does NOT work for laptops (at least not mine)! I had to call; in the end someone brought a paper copy of PASSWORD ETC. to the room.
