Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und alles war frisch. Besonders praktisch waren auch die vorhandenen Parkplätze. Leider haben im Zimmer nicht genügend Handtücher gefehlt und die Betten waren nicht besonders bequem. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber angenehm.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir möchten uns bezüglich unseres Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel beschweren. Wir sind spät am Abend mit unserem Baby angereist und waren froh, nach der Ankunft endlich schlafen zu können. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass in unserem Zimmer offensichtlich geraucht wurde. Es roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch, zudem befanden sich Brandflecken im Vorhang. Der Rauchgeruch war sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar und für uns – insbesondere mit einem Baby – äußerst unangenehm. Aufgrund der späten Ankunft und der Erschöpfung haben wir den Mangel in dieser Nacht nicht mehr an der Rezeption gemeldet, sondern erst am nächsten Morgen. Wir gehen jedoch davon aus, dass ein solch gravierender Zustand bereits beim Reinigen des Zimmers hätte auffallen müssen und entsprechend hätte reagiert werden müssen. Leider wurde uns trotz unserer Beschwerde keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Preisnachlass angeboten. Das empfinden wir als sehr enttäuschend, da der Zimmerzustand unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat und nicht den Erwartungen an ein Nichtraucherzimmer entspricht. Wir bitten Sie daher um eine Stellungnahme sowie um eine angemessene nachträgliche Kulanzregelung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Sebastian Steffen

Mooie schone kamers. Er was een klein probleempje met de lampen/elektra maar dat mocht de pret niet bederven. De parkeerkosten van 15 euro is wel fors voor een nacht. Dat had ik graag ik de boeking gezien en niet alsnog moeten betalen. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt is erg goed en met een goed gevoel weer vertrokken.
