It is located in Maichingen; there is no elevator.



Take the path to the left of the house to reach the entrance at the back of the building. Use the first entrance; the apartment is on the third floor on the left. After entering, a long hallway leads past the bathroom to the kitchen, the children's room with two beds, and the spacious living area with dining space and loggia. A spiral staircase takes you to the large bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed under the roof. From here, you have a wide view over Sindelfingen to Böblingen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The underfloor heating can be adjusted using a small dial on the wall next to the children's room door.



The accommodation is exclusively yours during your stay; you have access to all areas.



At check-out, please leave the key on the dining table. You do not need to take out the trash. Please close all windows and the balcony door. Turn off the heating, all lights, and devices (except fridge and dishwasher). Please run the dishwasher and pull the apartment door shut from the outside.
