Good economical option for Esslingen
My wife and I spent a few days here while we enjoyed the town of Esslingen. The property is very much as stated. It was a good economical option. The host was a great communicator. I would recommend without reservation if you’re trying to save some money and have a good nights sleep.

Pleasant stay
Property was very clean and bright with a close walk to the S-Bahn. Great proximity and easy travel to Esslingen and Stuttgart. Host was very attentive and a great communicator. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

"Danke Friedrich,
hatten ein sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Großes PLUS: die verkehrstechnische LAGE, der PARKPLATZ direkt am Haus, der BALKON, zwar an der Straße, aber durch die hohen Bäume sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und die Straße störte überhaupt nicht, das BETT mit durchgehender Matrazze, Lebensmittel-EINKAUF zu Fuß in 2 min, die fast 24/7-VERBINDUNG zu Friedrich. Gerne wieder!"

Angenehme Wohnung
Angenehme hübsche Wohnung mit Parkplatz, war für mich von der Lage her ideal, da logistisch gut gelegen. Supermarkt, S-Bahn in der Nähe, kurze Fahrwege zur Schnellstraße in die Innenstadt. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Komme gerne wieder.

Zentrale und schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war super zentral, hatte alles wichtige vorhanden und war super sauber. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Friedrich war immer erreichbar und ich hätte Ihn alles fragen können.
Durch die zentrale Lage direkt an einer Hauptkreuzung, war es etws lauter. Zudem wird gerade in dem Haus renoviert. Mich persönlich hat das aber gar nicht gestört.
