NOTE: The HEATED pool will be open for the season from June 1st through October 15th each year. While we will turn our heater on during this entire period, we can not guarantee the pool will be at set temperature during the tail ends of each season during cold weather periods. Refunds aren't given for pool temperatures outside of our control.

There is a keyless entry into the property. The key code will be given during the reservation. Contact me for details.

Plenty of parking for all guest vehicles. There is a garage available for 3 cars. We limit overnight cars on the driveway to 3 maximum.
Immediate removal without refund if:
- House capacity is exceeded at any time
- Noise violations exceeding standard community settings
- No events or parties of any kind
- Smoking indoors (of any substance) - $400 fine
