Apartment in a house dating from the early 20th century, five minutes from six beaches.

Casa Quebrada Suances (we didn't rack our brains over the name) is a 60-square-meter apartment located in an early 20th-century single-family home (with subsequent renovations, of course) featuring a private entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a spectacular 20-square-meter terrace (all for private use) with beautiful views of the Cantabrian Mountains. Located in a very quiet spot in the Suances hamlet of Puente Avios, right in the heart of the Costa Quebrada, an UNESCO Global Geopark, where you can relax and enjoy free parking.
We’ve just launched this project, so we’re sure there’s plenty we can improve with the help of our guests.
We don’t expect to be featured in interior design magazines, but we try to make up for it, for example, by giving the attention it deserves to cleanliness (with measures such as disinfecting all bedding after each stay) and the comfort of our guests. In addition, we strictly comply with all current safety regulations (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers with up-to-date inspections, etc.).
We provide our guests with a booklet containing detailed information on more than 70 activities of all kinds in the area (beaches, caves, monuments, activities, scenic overlooks, museums…), as well as recommendations for places to eat during your stay (from the bakery with the best croissants to the best restaurant in the area, including spots to enjoy a picnic with a view or the best beach bars). In total, there are 27 suggestions of all kinds for breakfast, snacks, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner. Some of them are featured in the photos of the accommodation.
Although we don’t have a kitchen, we’ve provided a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge to meet certain needs.
