“This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my……

“We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. It's as if we can still cancel on the spot, how are we able to make a different booking if it was that late. I hope readers could know how……

“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . “We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.”

“The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair ”

“Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.”

“Ms. Prescy and Sir Sherwin o Bahay Domingo Guesthouse are some of the best hosts that I have met thus far. When we checked out, Sir Sherwin even offered to take me and my companions on a brief tour of Bagac, Bataan. That was thoughtful of the couple to do that for us. Highly recommended hosts - very accommodating and kind.”
