The place is neat and just nice for 5pax.There are few convenience stores nearby. Restaurants tend to open after 11am. Instead of walking from Hakata station, there are buses that can take you directly to the bus stop (about 2 stops) which is just few steps away from Roi.

This is the perfect space for a family to explore Fukuoka. Super spacious and really well appointed and comfortable. Really walkable location - right near canal city centre, the night canal stalls and some great restaurant options.
Check in process is remote and quite fiddly, but once in we had a great stay.

I mean the high ceiling was beautiful and I appreciate that library like shelves and the McIntosh Soundsystem quietly playing some lounge music I like that.
