「Charming house and surrounding area. Just right for us and 2 older kids. Close to amenities and the beach. Would definitely return for a low-key north shore getaway.」

「Staying at the Montauk Manor has been a favorite place of ours for many years. We have stayed in many of the different rooms. This time was excellent as well and we would highly recommend staying with Nancy. It was clean and it was nice that there was paper towels... tin foil etc available (its the small things). Will be back.」

「This unit was great. It's clean, quiet, and centrally located. It comes with 2 bikes which is a huge bonus (the rentals down the street are 40/day). It also has beach chairs and towels which is nice. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Location, Location, Location. This townhouse is perfectly placed to give you access to the beach via an entrance across the street and walking into town. You can park the car and forget about it for the rest of your trip. 」

「Wonderful waterfront property facing Long Island Sound. Great porch. Nicely appointed rooms and living room. Comfy beds. Lots of stairs to climb. Kitchen small but serviceable - don't expect to easily prepare a full three course meal in the space. Small fridge, no oven, good servicewear and utensils. Pool was closed for the season so didn't use, but poolside bathrooms, with showers, were handy for extended stay on day of checkout. Host Tom is good with communications.We hope to return...

「My family and I had an amazing time! The unit was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location, amenities and beautiful views were perfect. Debra and Blake reached out to make sure we had all we needed, were very responsive and even provided some recommendations. We hope to be back again next summer!」

「We so enjoyed our stay! The view from the property is spectacular, so we were able to enjoy the beach even though we had bad weather. The size was great - we were four adults and fit comfortably. Tim was an excellent host, who promptly assisted us with any questions we had. We will be looking to stay here again!」

「The condo is on the first floor, short flights of steps up, large outdoor deck and comfortable amenities, as in the listing. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Prompt responses from the owner when contacted. 」
