「This staycation was brilliant. The check in service at the front desk was excellent. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The only thing that spoilt it for me was the attitude of one of the staff at breakfast. We provided our room details and were shown to the buffet. I started helping myself the same staff who had been at the restaurant entrance along with her colleague, came asked me my room details. It wasn’t that she asked that was the problem, it was how she asked; I felt like...

Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic. 」
