「I can not praise this place high enough. The staff were really lovely. I’d easily say the best off all the holiday inns that I’ve stayed around the country. They are very grounded, genuine, helpful and just very lovely. From being given a coin for the spa locker before I even asked, to storing my lunch for work next day in their fridge to offering me free coffee in the morning as I was leaving, they went above and beyond. Pls don’t change!」

「We had such a lovely stay at The Ickworth Hotel. The place itself is beautiful — the grounds are stunning, and the whole property has such a peaceful, relaxing feel. 「環境清幽，食物美味，接待人員彬彬有禮，有問必答。可惜房間在地面一層，又面向外街，天氣熱時，由於房內沒有空調，故未能打開窗戶透氣，單靠兩座風扇，有點悶熱。網絡接駁時常中斷。」
