10/10 Excellent

"The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience."

"This is my 3rd time using this hotel and I’ll keep using it anytime I come to Tokyo. It’s a perfect spot for me and where I need to get around. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And just under a 3min walk to the train station. There’s lots to see and do around the area as well. The restaurants around there are amazing"

"Terrible experience If you have a tattoo forget about swimming at this hotels pool - also pool costs $7 per person if you dont have a tatoo, towels $3.50 - restaurant is ridiculously over priced - used laundry facilities at hotel( 8 shirts, 8 underwear and socks (basically under 1 load of laundry) $114 !!!..Noone speaks English and you would think someone would - everything so expensive - rooms crazy small - would have never brought a child to stay here if I wasn't allowed to take him swimming ...their solution- BUY sleeves to cover my tattoos - never a manager their to speak to Don't waste your time ...glad we moved onto another hotel"
