Villa Marina is located in the small place of Glavica, which is located not far from Sukošan. Glavica is located in the municipality of Sukošan, so it is close to all important facilities, such as Zadar Airport, which is 12 km away, the city of Zadar, 20 km away, and Marina Dalmacija, only 13 km away.


Villa Marina can accommodate 6 +2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one has two single beds. The villa also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, on the ground floor there is an additional room with a kitchen and a dining room, as well as plenty of entertainment such as billiards, table football, darts and a pilates ball. In addition, the fully fenced garden has a private swimming pool, as well as deckchairs, BBQ,  a dining area and a children's playground as well as a trampoline. Moreover, next to the facility there is a large football field, as well as a promenade that leads to the beautiful Vrčevo hill, which is located at 213 m above sea level and from which there is a beautiful view of the Zadar channel. Vrčevo is covered with a pine forest, which is ideal for asthmatics, and besides the pine forest, the path is lit by solar lamps, so a romantic walk at night is guaranteed.

The villa also offers 3 bicycles for use during the stay, as well as two garages for 2 cars.

讚好：整潔度
Wunderschönes Grundstück. Das Haus ist ausreichend, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die elektronischen Geräte könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Dafür war es doch etwas eng. Lage ist gut. Zum Strand sind es 7 Minuten mit dem Auto.
